Stuff Concerning Group Dynamics

Group Goals

1.            To operate effectively and efficiently through constant communication on Facebook and group email account.

2.            As future media practitioners, we feel it is essential to determine the procedural and ethical realities of working in Singapore media industry. Thus, our research will go beyond this project.

3.            To develop our skills as collaborative workers, as such skills will be highly essential in any work place.

4.            To successfully compartmentalize the knowledge and information we have acquired in a form that is palatable to the general reading public.

5.            To take this research beyond the project and possibly allow the world to read our views.

Responsibilities

1.            Every member of this group has their own responsibilities to fulfill and shall stick to deadlines.

2.            Every member has to be considerate towards each other’s workflow so as not to have things done at the last minute.

3.            Peace, humility, compassion, empathy and love shall be enforced in this group.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

1.            Every dispute shall be handled with a group meeting at a bar over beers, cigarettes followed by a group hug.
